About Us

Andev Builders, formed in 1986 by Leonard E. Anderson, specializes in building residential property. They have expedited such projects in Southern Ocean County, NJ for over 30 years.

In 1994, Leonard's son Keith Anderson joined Andev Builders and now handles the construction projects. Both father and son take pride in the exceptional quality and customer service provided by Andev Builders. They believe these are two of the most important factors in building a successful company.

Andev Builders has constructed many local commercial buildings, office buildings, strip malls, medical facilities, and several well-known residential subdivisions in the area with homes ranging from 1,500 to 6,000 sq. ft.

Our staff specializes in handling variances, codes, approvals, etc., and will work with you personally to help you through the entire process from design to delivery.
